An algorithm counts toward your plan limit only while it is running. Drafts, saved configurations, and stopped algorithms do not consume active capacity.

Can I create unlimited drafts?

Yes. You can create and save as many strategy drafts as you like on every plan. Your plan only limits how many algorithms run simultaneously.

How does the seven-day trial work?

Choose a plan and billing duration, create an account, and authorize a recurring payment through Razorpay. Your seven-day free trial starts immediately with your selected plan's active-algorithm limit. You are not charged during the trial.

When will I be charged?

Your first automatic payment is processed when the seven-day trial ends, unless you cancel before the first charge. After that, payments recur at your selected billing duration.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel automatic renewal.

How do I cancel automatic renewal?

Open Settings → Billing in the application and choose Cancel Renewal. Your access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period, and no further charges are made after that.

What happens when my subscription expires?

You can no longer start new algorithms, but your account, saved strategies, drafts, and logs remain accessible, and you can always stop any running algorithm. Nothing is deleted.

No. Trading and investing involve financial risk, and algorithmic trading can produce losses. SSalgo provides technology and automation tools only — it does not guarantee returns, accuracy, or execution.

Yes. The displayed plan price is the final amount you authorize for the selected billing period. There is no additional platform fee at checkout.

Is my broker password stored?

No. Broker connections use each broker's official API authorization flow. SSalgo never asks for or stores your broker password. Never share broker passwords, API secrets, or access tokens in enquiry forms.
