Subscription Terms

1. Two-day free trial

New eligible accounts receive one two-day free trial of the Professional plan. Starting it requires no payment method and no recurring authorization, and nothing is charged when it ends.

One trial per account. Trial eligibility is not restored once used.

2. Paying once or with Autopay

Each plan and billing duration can be paid once or with Autopay at the same price.

A one-time pass gives access for the selected billing duration (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) and does not renew. Buying the same plan again before it ends extends access from the current end date; buying a different plan replaces the current trial or pass from the time of purchase.

Autopay is a recurring subscription through Razorpay. The first payment is taken when it is set up, or when your current trial or pass ends, and it then renews automatically at the selected billing duration until cancelled.

3. Pricing

The displayed plan price is the final amount authorized for each billing period. There is no additional platform fee at checkout.

4. Plan limits

Each plan limits only the number of simultaneously active algorithms (Professional: 5, Advanced: 10). Drafts and stopped algorithms do not count toward the limit, and all plans include the same product features.

5. Cancellation and access

Cancel Autopay any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. When a trial, pass, or subscription ends you can no longer start algorithms and running algorithms stop opening new positions; open positions exit under their own rules, and anything still open 24 hours after access ended is squared off during market hours. Your account data, saved strategies, and logs remain accessible and you can always stop running algorithms.

6. Payment failure

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries per its schedule. Entitlement continues for a short grace period during retries; if payment ultimately fails, the subscription is halted and new algorithm starts are blocked until payment is resolved.
