Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling automatic renewal

You can cancel Autopay at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges are made after that date.

A one-time pass and the free trial never renew, so there is nothing to cancel: they end on their own end date.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started, and one-time passes that have started, are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review the case.
